The blade of this Carving Knife has been specially crafted for the smooth carving of meat and poultry. The classic French bolstered design has been created to give professional standard weight, balance and safety.
The blade has been crafted using high grade steel for long lasting sharpness.
The traditional full length tang handle has been riveted for strength and the soft grip makes for comfortable use.
To keep your knife in top condition sharpen the knife every so often with a sharpening steel or a knife sharpener. Serrated or scalloped edged knives should not be sharpened. The knife is dishwasher safe but it is recommended after washed that it is dried straight away. Avoid contact with metal or ceramic surfaces and store in a knife block.
