Collect In Store

Step 1 – Shop our range
Add your items to your bag and go to the checkout.  Almost everything is available for 'Collect in Store', details of any exceptions such as items made to order or delivered directly by our suppliers will be made clear on the product page.

Step 2 – Select ‘Collect in Store’
During checkout you’ll be asked your preferred delivery option, make sure you select ‘Collect in Store’.

Step 3 – Collection Email
Once your order has been prepared you will receive a ‘ready for collection’ email confirming your order and collection details.

Step 4 – Collect your order
Bring your order number or your ‘ready for collection’ email to the collection point on the ground floor, in our Menswear department.

If you have selected our Next Working Day service, please place your order before 12noon for it to be delivered the following working day.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and off shore islands may take slightly longer.  At present, we do not deliver outside the UK and Ireland.

Our couriers require a signature for the delivery.  If Royal Mail attempt to deliver your order and nobody is in they will leave a card for you to request another delivery, or you can collect your item from one of their depots. If DPD attempt to deliver your order when you are not at home they will deliver the parcel to your closest neighbour.  DPD will capture the neighbour’s signature as proof of delivery along with details of the neighbours address, together with their GPS co-ordinates.  A calling card will be left for you stating exactly where your parcel has been delivered to.  If for any reason you do not want the parcel to be left with a neighbour or a specific neighbour please inform a member of our Customer Services team at the time of placing your order or if placing online please make a note in the comment box. In the event of any orders being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
